Elizabeth Karpinchick is the owner of Tone Ag. Consulting Ltd. and works as a consulting agrologist providing independent third party advice directly to farmers. Some of her work includes crop field scouting, on-farm trials, soil sampling, fertilizer recommendations and crop damage claims. She grew up in southern Ontario and started her Ag journey in 2012 when she and her husband, Jordan, moved to Manitoba to work for Ron Tone, founder of Tone Ag Consulting Ltd. After working with Ron, Elizabeth decided to attend the Agriculture Diploma program at the University of Manitoba and graduated on the Dean’s Honor Roll in 2016. She transferred her credits and completed a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with a minor in Soil Science in 2019. Elizabeth is a Professional Agrologist and a Certified Crop Advisor. Elizabeth served as Chair of the Manitoba Crop Alliance from 2018 to 2023 and is currently President of the St. Pierre Agricultural Society and President of St. Pierre en Boom CDC. Elizabeth lives in St. Pierre-Jolys Manitoba with her husband and two daughters.
